View Place is a neighborhood nestled on top a tree covered watershed overlooking the Mill Creek Valley area. Located in the southeast corner of Springfield Township in the census-designated, school district community of Finneytown, View Place has over 230 residents. Since 1964, the neighborhood association enjoyed a long history of neighborhood parties, parades, and programs. Today, VPCA continues the tradition of offering an annual Spring Egg Hunt, 4th of July Parade starring Springfield Township's Fire and Police, and a neighborhood directory, blog, and email to keep the neighborhood connected. In 2012 while still keeping it's identity as a neighborhood assocation, VPCA merged with Finneytown Civic Association (FCA) to avoid using membership money to pay monthly bank fees to cover the cost of 11 flower planters and other neighborhood activity costs.
